Player is entitled to relief from the following:
- Sprinkler Heads
- Decorative flowerbeds on course
- Ant hills and mole cricket holes
- Coquina paths: Free relief on cart width coquina paths only. All other coquina considered waste area. For example: hole #8 on the left side is not free relief
- Electrical boxes
- Ground under repair (white lined area). Player may take relief for stance and swing, plus one club length, no closer to the hole. Ball must be dropped. Ball must be outside of hazard for free relief.
- 150 stakes OR red lateral hazard stakes may be removed if they interfere with play. Out of bounds stakes may not be removed.
- Embedded ball rule in effect.
- Stones near ball in bunker may be removed (by hand) without penalty.
Course markings are defined by the following:
- Out of bounds - Defined by white lines, inside edge of roadways and property lines.
- Lateral hazards - Defined by red lines.
- Environmentally Sensitive Areas - Defined by Red stakes with Green tops. DO NOT ENTER these areas.
Additional Information:
- Ball may be played within one club length, but must not change conditions. (ball in rough must be played in the rough)
Pace of Play
- Keep up with the group in front of you. When the group in front of you is on the green you should at least be on the tee.
